Aussie Hunger Balmoral

Had the pleasure of trying the Aussie Hunger burger from this place. Excellent service, incredible sides and clean, inviting place. If your tossing up between what to eat this feed doesn’t disappoint. Definitely eating here again, and would definitely recommend it to friends and others.

This place just opened and I know business at fist have their bumps, but the experience I had today was one of the worst I had had on a small business, when I got in there was nobody in besides a guy sitting on a booth, I walked to the counter and nobody came to greet or even have a quick look to see customer flow, then a lady on chef pants came out of the kitchen said hi and went back in... nothing happened for long while, then the cook lady came back out and asked the guy on the booth if he knew how to take orders, the guy decided he was at work and came to take my order, the display is not the menu they have and apparently same goes with the prices, I order the simplest minimum meal a patron will order at a burger place, basic burger, (meat, cheese, onion, pickle, sauce, bread) fries and cheese sticks, as a chef with 15 years experience I know how long, a meal like this take to make, they had another 2 or 3 orders through uber eats according to their system in the kitchen, that I could clearly see, the guy didn't know how to work the till so at that point he just ask me to wait, the order took nearly 40min to get done, and at that point I was by myself at the front of the store, 3 different customers came in waited realised nobody was coming out and then left, when my order was ready the guy couldn't charge me as he couldn't work the system, we asked if we could just transfer the money to him, or leave a document and pay next day, after a long while someone showed up charged me, what I feel like way too much, and I walked away, on top of everything the burger was not great, something that you might do on a Wednesday afternoon, hangover with a broken wrist. Seriously people, someone in charge needs to be at all times on a business, someone that can make decisions and solve problems, a business is not just about opening somewhere and hope people shows up, customer experience is what makes a great business.

Without doubt, the best burgers and chicken on the south side. Dunno what is in that sauce but it is fantastic

Honestly what you guys put in burger its amazing i will be back i loved it .
