BEWARE! I have never experienced anything more unprofessional in my life when buying from this business. I made an order over a year ago expecting my pots and stand to be delivered within 2-4 weeks. I had to continuously contact them for updates only to finally receive part of my order over 5 months later. I am still waiting for a pot stand in which they used every excuse under the sun as to why there was a delay. I haven't heard a peep out of them after continuously requesting a refund because I have still not received my stand over a year later.nnDo not waste your money and purchase from this shop, I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.

I share the sentiment of many who have commented before me. Absolutely appalling customer service, actually lets call it a complete and utter customer service failure. They don't answer their phone, texts, emails or queries on social and when they do offer every excuse under the sun why there has been a delay. Businesses such as this don't hang around very long. Shame because their pots are quite unique. Perhaps if she spent less time on Insta promoting herself that would be a good start

Buyer Beware! Do not but from this business, they will take your money and never fulfil the order!nnI ordered a pot in December 2020. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to have ready. I followed up 8 weeks after. The first excuse was that they had to relocate. She asked for another week.nnI have her another 3 weeks and heard nothing. Followed up again multiple times before getting a response. The next excuse is they were waiting on a shipment of medium sized pots. Palm to face. You make pots. This is your core business. How do you run out of your most popular size???! I was told I would have an update in a week. Heard nothing.nnWaited another month and texted, called, DM’d multiple accounts- got zero response. Finally harassed enough one day and received a text message that Leanne was in hospital and she’d get back to me two days later. Yet again, nothing.nnThe most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced and I’d take a guess that this business will never fulfil my order and have taken my money.nIt’s now April, and my efforts are dwindling.nnDo not purchase from them, regardless of how pretty their pots are!!!

Please avoid ordering from this business. Like others have reported, you will not receive the goods you have paid for. I ordered a $180 pot August 2020 (almost 8 months ago) and like the other reviewers I have still not received it. This is despite having a receipt claiming 4-6 weeks delivery, and have followed up by phone, email and text numerous times. I have asked for a refund but have heard nothing. I wish I had read the other reviews first. The business is shonky and dishonest.

BEWARE- Don't buy from these people. they take your money and don't deliver.
