The gym equipment is fresh, and clean and it is a very comfortable area to work out.nnIt is also very handy to have the additional service like remedial massage in the same location!nnDan and the team are helpful, knowledgeable and extremely supportive. They make you feel welcome no matter what your current fitness level is.nnI can highly recommend the Small Group Personal Training!! Love it!

The Team at Evolve Health & Movement are exceptional!nnFor years I have struggled with my health & fitness. It didn't seem to matter how many trainers or health specialists I visited, I was never able to get back what I once had. Now, years later I was more determined than ever to curb my defeatist attitude and knew that I could find people who were passionate and dedicated to finding what works for me and my body. This is when I discovered Evolve. After a detailed biometric assessment and fitness test I started with personal training, then dietetics and exercise physiology. I'm glad to say I have lost almost 20Kg and now fitter than I've ever been. For me it's the communication, explanation and education that's empowered me to achieve my goal.
