A really nice gym for a young professional in Bulimba. The gym is clean and well set up. I had a real human relationship with the gym manager unlike other gyms. I didn’t have money to pay for two months worth gym payment due to COVID, the manager voided everything. 5 star rating! 100% recommended!

I love going to Sustain.nnSacha Desmarais the head coach from Biohack Fitness put together an amazing fitness program. He spent the time understanding what I wanted to achieve and then wrote a program that is helping me achieve my fitness goals. Sacha’s professionalism and genuine desire to help is second to none! I totally recommend Sacha if you are looking for an awesome PT.

Really great gym - perfect location, right on the main street. Mark the owner is very friendly and accommodating. He gave me a tour of the equipment - they have Netflix on the treadmills! - and was able to work my membership around an overseas trip I was going on. There are a few classes which is great, but would be nice if there were more, especially on the weekend. There are virtual training classes as well but having a teacher in person is much better. It’s a bit more pricey but the convenient location makes that easier.

Sustain is the best gym I have ever been to, and I've gymmed all over the world. When I go in the evenings it is always nice and quiet, the machines are top notch, and the mini infra red saunas are a perfect way to get rid of those toxins that we all know ONLY sweating can remove. 5 stars, AAA joint. I have been going for years. The new owner has also improved the place considerably by adding a nice outdoor area, perfect for those late night overseas phone calls.
