Hats By The Hundred

This is definitely one of the best hat stores I've ever been in! They've got a MASSIVE range and the girls behind the counter were super friendly and helpful with sizing and selecting the right Akubra hat for me. They really do live up to their name - Hats by the Hundred is an understatement - more like Hats by the Thousand! Will definitely be back for more hats soon!

Amazing service and selection! The staff were super helpful with sizing & style advice. The store itself was nice and tidy; the staff seemed very on top of keeping everything presentable. I will definitely be back for more in the future!

Finally a hat shop with a huge choice of product. Great looking store and about 30 to 40 brands. Summer and winter hats but best of all , AKUBRA hats , huge range...loved it. Thanks guys. Will be back again when I visit BRISBANE again..

One of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had from a retail outlet, purchased a specific akubra hat for my partner as a gift only to find the size didn’t fit, the customer service guy was nice enough and did a good job, however the following day when we went to try and exchange and order that same hat in a different size the customer service lady did not want to help us at all, we wanted to order a new hat in from another store but rather than going through the effort of doing that for us she told us to get an refund and order one online she also wasn’t interested in helping my other half to choose a size and left him to go through the hats despite no one being in the store but us....... to our delight we found a cheaper one online at a competing store...... we saved almost $60 never would have saved if she hadn’t of been so unhelpful. While I understand that a retail outlet may not have all sizes what I can’t understand is why a customer service person working in retail would tell us to just order one online rather than helping us to find another at a different store, she was rude to my partner, unhelpful and seemed bothered by the fact that we’d walked into the store with a question for her. This negative review is based solely on the poor customer service experience we have received and judging by the managements snarky comment regarding this experience and review I’m guessing they condone their employees being rude to customers wanting help in their stores.

Great range and prices, super friendly and helpful staff! Only had a rought idea of what I needed. But came out with the perfect hat. Love it and will soon come back as I loved the expieriance. Thank you!
