Bras N Things Carindale

I went to Carindale store today and would love to acknowledge Lucinda for her awesome service. I am a large lady and she never once made me feel uncomfortable and went out of her way to find lovely items in my size. Will go back to your store just to see Lucinda.

I was served late in the evening and the lady took her time and patiently did a full fitting. She talked me through the whole process and explained everything clearly. I’m really impressed by the quality of the service here and I’m coming back again.

I had Lou this morning help fit several new bras for me and I thought her to be terribly effecient, knowledgeable, super helpful and speedy!

Shocking experience for the second time at this location.nStaff do not know how to measure up women or assist in any way. Using covid as a excuse to use customer service. Will drive elsewhere to use gift voucher. And invest in some damn seats for partners.n9/10/20
