Tony and his team from Twinspectors completed our Building & Pest Inspection for a home we were buying in July 2020. Tristy (front desk) was helpful in arranging the inspection and the team who came out were fantastic in talking me through the results of the inspection. Very detailed inspection report, the lady over the phone very friendly and organised the appointment in an efficiency way. The report send out within the same date after inspection, provided detailed but neutral opinions for the house. Thanks to the report, I have requested the buyer reduced the price and also fixed the major defects for the house!
