Anytime Fitness

Be prepared when signing up to this gym that you're not only signing up for a membership but you're signing up for a family. I have been a member of anytime fitness for years and there is a reason Redbank Plains was named the best club in Australia in 2020. Not only are the facilities and equipment top notch, the customer service is absolutely superb! Chantel the club manager always goes above and beyond with her team to make you feel as though you are in your second home. She takes the time to really get to know her members and their individual needs. Its great to walk into the club and be greeted with such friendly faces every day. Would highly recommend this gym!

Absolutely LOVE this gym. The facilities are amazing and always kept so clean and well-maintained. But the best part is the incredible staff especially the manager Chantel who goes above and beyond for her members!

DO NOT GO TO ANYTIME FITNESSnnever got my 1 pt session when I signed up.nextended the contract due to covid closure.nthen going from anytime, to book and see if there is a spot available.nThen when I went to cancel a week prior to the contract ending I was told I need wait for the contract to finish before I can cancel, but then when it was finished they want a extra month of notice so they could get another 4 weeks of payments ontop of their contract.nTo top it all off I had my debit card changed and was slapped immediately with a late fee after 1 failed transaction.nDO NOT GO TO ANYTIME FITNESSnLiterally go anywhere else
