Honestly from the trainers, to the members, to the music and vibe you will be coming back wanting more of that positive and welcoming vibe. I’ve been with F45 Redbank Plains for the past 6 months and honestly I’ve never looked back regretting my decision. I love everything about it. F45 is amazing where you work as a team with no judgement and where you will achieve success at your own pace. I’ll never go to another gym again. Especially as a busy working mum, it’s so easy to get in and out in 45 mins and feel like you got your own little family that’s there for you every morning at 5am.

If you want to train hard and transform yourself this is the place to be with great PT trainers like Max Jordan Bree and Jess you are in for a great experience.
