F45 Training Hendra

I’ve been a member of F45 Hendra for just over 6 weeks now. The team have been so welcoming and I absolutely love coming to each session. It’s not an intimidating environment like some gyms can be and there’s always alternate exercises if you have any injuries. I feel fabulous after coming for a short period and can really notice a difference with my body and my mindset. Thanks so much Angie and team!

I have tried to keep fit in a few gyms & P.T trainers around the area, but nothing compares to F45 at Hendra.nnThe staff are really friendly and help you to push yourself more than you thought you could.nnI am doing there 45 day challenge and love how there app has all yummy on receipts or you can just order the pre made meal, which I have done and have enjoyed each meal and if you can’t get to the class at the gym, then you can get the same experience at home on the workout app.nnIf anyone is looking for a high motivating workout sign up for F45 at Hendra.

Absolutely love going here. The trainers are so supportive and encouraging. They make you feel extremely comfortable the minute you walk in.

F45 Training Hendra is the best F45 studio I've been to. (Well it's the only one I've been to), but from what I've heard, the floor space is massive compared to others. And what sets it apart from any fitness centre or gym I've been to, is it's trainers. They are passionate and dedicated and really want to help you achieve your goals.
