Not my home gym but I did go here for a workout while working away from home.nHad an incident with a piece of equipment and was approched buy a staff member who seemed more concerned about me damaging the equipment than my safety.nVery disappointed with the attitude didnt even ask if I was ok.

Friendly, clean and compact neighbourhood gym. Good range of equipment including free weights. Accessible bathroom.

Overcharges and membership price increases. After 7 years of membership, I was transferred to Fairfield Gardens when I moved to the area. Less than 6 months later my fortnightly rate was increased by $5 without any notification. When queried, management pointed the finger at me saying that I should have received an email (never did). Unable to provide this email, the Manager confirmed that they are entitled to increase rates year on year despite the originally agreed contract rate. Sad to see that brand loyalty is no longer appreciated at Snap.

The gym doesn't seem to have any air conditioning which is a massive problem leading into summer, and the free weignts area smells very musty and mouldy. Probably worth the extra time to travel to a cleaner gym that has air conditioning.
