Friendly and helpful staff, open when a lot of other chemists aren't. Let down by high prices - at least 30% to 50% more expensive than discount pharmacies. The rewards system is good, but doesn't quite make up for the high prices.
May be a little more expensive than other chemists, but they have a business model of caring and provide health advice for customers and not just handing your script to you.
They don't really sell anything different or special. Not only that, products that have not been tested on animals first should not be sold at any store.
Small store with limited stock, always a wait for scripts but staff are friendly and discount card is fantastic
In my opinion the worst pharmacy in Townsville. Awful service. Tardy. Unhelpful.
