F45 Townsville North Team are amazing The trainers are genuine, they are inclusive of all fitness levels. They take the time to get to know each and every member, and encourage you according to your fitness level. I’m so pleased I stepped outside my comfort zone and joined up for their 8 week Challenge. I’m stronger, fitter, losing fat and gaining muscle mass. Do your self a favour and come do a session you’ll be addicted.

The staff are amazing. Greeted with high energy and smiles despite the early hours. All the classes are exhausting yet amazing. Always challenging your own capabilities. Great work, keep it up!

I’m loving F45! I’m currently in my 3rd week after not exercising for a long time. The classes are great and cater for all fitness levels. The staff are awesome! I felt welcome, motivated and included from the moment I walked in on day 1 of my 7 day trial.
