All House Inspections

This is the second time that I have used All House Inspections to undertake a building and pest inspection on a property in Noosa. Craig offers a building and pest inspection service that is comprehensive, detailed and, in my opinion, far exceeds the standard of inspections/ reports offered by competitors. Craig identified a few major defects on my intended purchase and as a result, the offer to purchase was withdrawn. I would highly recommend Craig and All House Inspections and hope to be able to use their services again very soon.

I am an architect and builder and I engaged Craig to carry out a Building and Pest Inspection on a house in Marcus Beach. I chose him because I was really impressed with his reviews which are all 5 stars. He spent 3 hours at the inspection and I received a hugely detailed 120 page report. He was incredibly thorough and professional and a pleasure to deal with. It was invaluable to have a second opinion and he picked up many defects which I could never have detected on my own. Absolutely the most thorough inspection I have ever received on a property purchase. If there is an issue with the home Craig will find in. I would never use anyone else after seeing the professional and detailed job he did. 5 stars!
