Fabulous Studio, great vibe and hands on trainers. Classes are varied utilising all the equipment which makes for an all round workout. Trainers are sensitive to injuries and assist with alternative exercises. A top notch experience.

The staff are friendly, the instructors are all different in their delivery and yet all great. Its easy to book a time slot if you are app savy.nThe cost is slightly on the expensive side, and the only way of reducing cost per session is purchasing bulk. A lovely centre with wonderful equipment.

Great studio with really fantastic equipment, classes and instructors. It's so nice to have such a high quality pilates studio here on the coast.

Lovely light filled space with gorgeous equipment. Good variety of classes for everyone. Staff very friendly and knowledgable. Defintieyly worth checking out.
