Staff standing around chatting and apparently unable to find me to give me my food as I was sitting just 4 meters away outside. Very poor customer service.

Very rude staff can't even do a simple hotdog is that to hard.
We were on a tight schedule with 6 people in total.nNo one else in the restaurant when we ordered.nOur meals took 40 minutes to turn up. We asked for gravy that was supposed to go with our meals, we were half way through our meals by the time it came out. For a truck stop no one would wait that long.nThe girls were all standing around doing nothing, the service was not warm or friendly, there were chips on the floor from previous customers. Don’t rate this place at all. No stars
