Charged an absolute fortune to come and do an inspection. Incorrectly identified the pest (in fact didn’t have a clue), did not identify the source. Sprayed one room, did not state what chemical he sprayed (a legal requirement) and charged $350. Identified as a mite when it was a weeval. Had to pay another, reputable, pest inspector to come the next day and actually provide the service. Tried to feedback and complain, with no response given. Cowboy companies like this give decent services a bad name. Would give zero stars if possible.
