Worst experience ever! Although based in Sydney, they still know how to charge people with no reason ever! I agree postage return fee of $22 is charged, but is there any simplication of process? Like so very surprising to know! Our VFS has no concepts of emails!!! Do we still rely on courier for response/editing in documents?? So much behind in this tech savvy world dear VFS! Please can we just simplify this process so this could have not wasted my $44!! The only option is to book an appointment with you. Worst worst experience ever!!
