Taipei Economic and Cultural Office

I recently went to the center to handle emergency work and was met with some god- awful response. These people have no sense of humanity as they handled my situation so terribly and in an awful rude manner. Am so disappointed in how they handled it and received a lot of talk back and at the end of the day wasn't able to get what we needed. If I could give a negative score I would.

Very helpful staff who provided catered services for my individual needs.

Friendly and helpful staff.

We went there for driver license translation work, but the staff was not friendly... we prepared all our required documents without causing trouble for them. But the male staff was so impatient to us. Seriously? It was still one hour before the office close, and there were no people waiting in line at the time. I thought we’re come from the same country so they will treat us warmly, but I was totally wrong and disappointed.
