Terrible customer service (Apologies to staff who have nothing to do with this). Their answers are usually "No" we can't do this and "No" we can't do that. When I ask them who then? Their response was well go to Iraq and do it!!!! Well duh if I was there I would! Then I ask, what do I do if i can't travel? They simply 'shrug'. I have never come across such a disturbing sight because with this attitude I don't believe they should even get paid. Team, you need to get better staff who are polite and helpful, else, a proper manager who can travel and lead them when travelling to other states because in Perth, a female staff was chewing like a cow loudly and fixing her makeup all day while people were asking her questions. In saying this some staff not all sat all day chatting and doing nothing. To be honest I am not sure what their role is and I am also not sure about you are paying them to do? So far, over recognising an international licence, no one has answered my phone calls (even though I have called 9 times and left voice mails each time in the last 2 days) and I have not yet received an email response after sending the third reminder to assist (I have been waiting for a response for 4 and half weeks). Well, I am MORE than happy to do the job they can't do online for FREE as I live in Perth; just tell me what needs to be done and I WILL do it with a smile on my face. This is something serious team and I hope my comments are taken serious. I apologise for any offence made if any to people who have nothing to do with this. Everyone needs to be accountable for their own actions and work.

Horrible customer service, one of the ladies in particular was so passive aggressive and rude while speaking to the customers. You need to be mentally prepared before going to the consulate. Ive gone there with my family few times now, and every single time its the just the same garbage service, there really needs to be some measures taken to fix the bad attitude of some of those employees, we are not going there to argue you with you, we just need our papers done and be gone

I’ve been in the consulate today to renew my sons passports, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the process ran smoothly, good job.

Very friendly staff and helpful .This morning they helped me sort out documents quick and smoothly
