Consulate-General of Spain

No one answer the phone!!! What kind of help is that? Consulate are supposed to be helpful when you are in a foreign country!

Absolutely disgraceful. Completely rude and unprofessional and the Spanish Consulate should be staffed with better personnel. As a Spaniard s partner extremely disappointed

I got in touch with them by phone, them by email, good service, good manners, quick service and got my documentation all good and ready to travel,,,Muchas gracias al Consul Español

This office is the most disrespectful and badly mannered I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t even say good morning or hello when they attend to you. Unhelpful on every level. Promised an early appointment, had to wait 2 months. What the hell do you do? Are you that busy you close at 2pm? We are in Sydney for goodness sake

The people who work at the Consulate are really nice. You do need to be a bit patient but being a Consulate you can understand they'd be fairly busy. Once I was served, I was treated with respect and the staff were very helpful.
