Frankie was amazing! I lost my car keys and got quotes from no fewer than 10 places. He was the most reasonably priced and was able to come to me that same night (most places I got quotes from were saying I would need to drive to them and were charging a lot more to do it on an evening). Frankie was on time, super quick, very friendly and didn't leave until we had thoroughly tested the car keys. Thank you Frankie! I hope I don't need a locksmith again, but if I do, I know who to call.

I locked my car keys, mobile in my Mercedes E250 on a Sunday, could only contact Sydney Autokey by email. Fantastic service, was here on time as committed and kept me updated on arrival time. Opened the car without any hooks, wires etc. Very pleased would highly recommend.

If you want to be ABUSED over the phone, threatened to have the POLICE called on you for complaining along with being SCAMMED OUT OF MONEY this is the business for you!! I originally enquired with a quote over the phone with Frankie, he told me it would be $350 to come to my house and get me a spare key to my car. He showed up the next day, spent less than an hour setting up the new key then told me it was completed, all was good. However upon payment he told me it would be $450 for the key, I was a bit confused and questioned him at the time but thought I must have misheard the price over the phone as he has quite a strong accent. I proceeded to pay the $450 cash, after he left I went to the website and put in another quote using a different name, email address and phone number but still the exact same car.  However I used an upmarket suburb 10 minutes away from me as my address, the price came back as $375, I then got another quote for a different not as upmarket suburb right near me and it was $350. Therefore my suspicions were correct I had been overcharged, I believe this to be due to the fact that when he had turned up and seen the house I live in along with the car I drive he decided to take advantage of this and thought he could get some extra money out of me. I called Frankie to see if there had been some sort of mistake with what I was charged, there wasn’t. I politely explained the situation to him and sent him screenshots of the quotes I had been given from him. He claimed I was charged an extra $100 because he had to drive an hour to get to my house from where he had chosen to work that day. None of this was ever discussed over the phone. I asked why the other quotes for the same car in close by suburbs where much cheaper and he stated that it was "because I was in the area that day" although when enquiring for those quotes I never specified which day I would want it done. He then rudely hung up on me and told me he was busy and that he would call me back in half an hour. I then received a text telling me to "stop complaining cause you heard me wrong" (screenshots of texts attached below) referring to me allegedly mishearing the price over the phone despite the fact that the price I thought I heard over the phone was the same price on the quote that I was given using a different name. I then called him back and  told him I would be filing a complaint with the ACCC fair trading and was screamed at down the phone telling me I'm a "very rude woman" and was told to "FUCK OFF" before being hung up on again. I then received a test message from Frankie stating "if you harass me one more time I'll report you to the police"… Charming, isn't it! So there's my experience with this lovely man Frankie and his business Sydney Autokey Locksmith. Hope you enjoyed reading through my experience and the screenshot evidence. I hope that you're not scammed out of money because of the house or suburb you live in.
