I came to Julie to get my engagement and wedding rings resize to make them larger. Julie was very friendly and measured a comfortable fitting size. We had a pleasant chat and shared our love stories. The ring came back with perfect sizing, the workmanship was flawless, you can't see where the resizing was done.nnI would definitely recommend Your Jeweller!

I had my wedding ring resized here. It has an opal in it, and because of this they warned me that there may be a risk of the stone cracking, because opals don't like heat, but the jeweller said it would probably be fine. There were no complications - I picked up the ring the next day and it fits perfectly! You can't even see the spot where it was made smaller! Friendly service at a fair price and very high quality work - very highly recommended!

I have had the pleasure of receiving some incredible customer service from Your Jeweller. Both Jimmy and Julie were exceptional with helping me to have 2 of my wife’s rings repaired as a Xmas present. The rings both had great sentimental value attached and I was very concerned that I might not find a repairer that could restore the rings to their previous glory but was fortunate to read a few reviews online about Your Jeweller that were all positive and as I’ve found well deserved. The rings were repaired in the quoted time for a very reasonable price to a standard that I was extremely happy with and the follow up by Julie during this very busy time was very much appreciated.
