Great customer service. The guard at the entrance was very funny asking if I had explosives or weapons. I think it was bring sarcastic. Very friendly customer service at the counter. Good booking appointment system online.

I called the hotline regarding my partner visa application as I was not sure if I should apply on-shore or off-shore for my case. The staff is not helpful at all, just ask me to check the website. The key is I can’t find the information I need in the website and that’s why I called. If the hotline staff is so reluctant to provide information or advice, please leave the job to a better person.

To save time for people looking for certification : 400$ per copy. They don’t certify photos. Warning: in case anyone’s got hypertension, there’s an Asian lady who’s a little rude and she might give you a rise in blood pressure !!
