We had a wonderful experience. We needed to fit a smart lock and had been previously turned away by two locksmiths because they didn't like the make we had chosen. The man that fitted it was very professional and communicated to me every step along the way. He did a great job and the smart lock is working well. Very happy.

On the advice of our door repairman, I rang to ask about a specific key. However the counter was busy serving other customers and offered to call back. They did! and after a short discussion with Phil I found I was able to just drop in and pick up what I needed. Professional, simple and friendly to deal with. No fuss at all unlike our strata!
