This company Can't even copy the simple Lockwood padlocks key I had my wife take to get done and i couldn'tve given no stars for it I tried taking the original key that I'td been suggested that i taken back to their shop, Because of them not turning in my gate lock. We ended up paying almost $30 and still don't have a refund and instead have a pair of two useless keys. Please Stay way away from them if you can help it. It Was Very Expressive with no follow up support, even after going back there on the next day. It was suggested that my "Old" Lock I had Just Bought weeks earlier was the cause and was needing service too. no thanks not again.

I cannot rate highly enough the service I received. Jared was super prompt and fixed my issue quickly and professionally. Five stars.
