Absolutely rude and disgusting service on the morning shift 30th of October 2020. Makes me never want to return to this place. I’m only leaving this review because management really need to take a good look into this particular staff member as they are clearly tarnishing their business and also the partners they use for other sources of income.

Please train the older lady working today 12/12/19 On how to do Sportsbet Top ups. She didn't have a clue then tried to question if I had the right place. I've used this service at this exact place with two other staff with no issues.

I asked for change so bought a coffee... I asked her for 2 $10 notes and she gave me a $20 then said “ha! I closed it, you’ll have to buy something else”. So rude. I’m raging, so unprofessional.
