Took quotes from 3 places..these were second on price..but chose them as they use their in-house product while others use exterra (which is a third party product). They couldn't confirm on the timber warranty aspect but termitrust due to their in-house product, could offer me the warranty. Their warranty is lower though..$100k against exterra's $250k

Very attentive and polite technician who dealt with white ants in a tree stump. Placed baiting stations on our property. Hard working and professional staff. So far, so good!

I got final notice from Termitrust today. I renewed my contract in Dec 2017. Their last inspection was in March, 2018. I had some issues with Termitrust. I set email to them. They said they would seek solution. But, they never had any solution and response. In March 2018, they actually stopped any activities. They just requested payment with no solution for my issues. From March 2018, they never inspected our house but they want payment. The issues are as below:n1. Missed damage during full inspection.n- They never agree their mistake. They lied that there was a mat. If there was a mat, they couldn't install their station. How could they install it?nIf it is exisiting damage, they missed it.nIf it is new damage they must provide warranty. They don't want both.n2. New damagen- After we found new damage, I told their technician. But, no solution provided. Their regular check is very poor. It takes 10~15 mins.n3. No responsen- For the above problem, we sent email. but, they said they will seek solution. I never received any response from them.nnAfter I got their final notice, we made decision to go to Consumer and Business service as we didn't receive the reasonable service. They just want to receive the payment with no inspection and no solution for the issues.

very poor inspection, never accept their mistake.nTheir full inspection and regular inspection was very simple. It takes just 10~15 mins. No detailed inspection. Also, they missed damage but they never agree their mistake.nIf it's not their missed damage, they must provide warranty as it has been damaged since they commenced full inspection and installed their station. But, no response. They sent only invoice. I'm unhappy with them.
