Basic but just what you need if you're in Perth on a budget. Be aware that it can be difficult to find, it's behind a large green/brown door next to the barber shop. You need to call reception for the safe code so you can get your key. Rooms were okay, not super clean but I didn't mind this. I'd probably stay here again if I returned on another tight budget.

Could barely sleep the two nights we were there. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the floor boards squeak as clear as day. It’s unfortunate cause the room was so spacious (twin bed room).nnAnother failure was the fact that there was only one bathroom for men and women which included only one toilet and two showers. People were constantly having to go back to their room and wait for people to finish up.nnAlso didn’t see reception once the entire time we were there..nnAbsolutely hopeless.

The place was pretty clean all in all, our room was a tad dusty and the mirror on the closet had a lot of hand marks on it so that was not cleaned.nThe beds were clean and the bedding was clean too.nOur group had 3 rooms and two of them were close to the smoking area, the people staying there had plenty of second hand smoke to live with and the people were quite noisy. Things quieted down around 11-11:30 but around 1am we were all awoken by yelling and singing when the party people got back...around 3 in the morning they settled a bit except for one couple whom did not seem quite ready for sleep yet and continued their party till around 5 in the morning (they were running screaming through the halls at one point!) Talking to these people had no effect what so ever.nTo top this all off the property is nothing but stairs and small hallways so it was a nightmare for my girlfriend who is blind to try to navigate there.nWe checked out the day after even though we had 3 nights left there and to this day they have not replied to my email. (There was no staff on site when we left)n...never going there again!
