My children all put together to buy me some dresses for my birthday as I literally have no time to go shopping for myself.nThe dresses were not my style. As my daughter paid for them on her card she returned them today to be told that she couldn’t have a refund. A credit note could be issued but would only last 30 days. A Very disappointed 16 year old as they were not told there would be no refund if they didn’t fit. $175 down the drain. I’m unsure how this is even legal.
So disappointed. I got my friend a birthday present I ask the lady if she can exchange it if it doesn't fit she said yes no problems at all .My friend a mum of a 4 months old baby went all the way to Water town to exchange it they said no without the receipt .The clothings are labeled with your brand and you are the only one store in Perth (like I couldn't bought it from somewhere else).The price was still on . So all that for nothing wasting money and timeud83dude12
It's my 1st time ordering from Catalog and I love all my dresses. They fit true to size I'll be ordering more.
