Received disgusting service from Just Jeans in Watertown today. The staff has no intention to help their customer even when approached. The lady whose wearing white shirt at the counter was rude and seem like she doesn't want to be there. The management should be aware of the staff they employ, clearly more training needed when comes to customer service.
Just bought a pair of jeans. The lone lady in the store wouldn’t even acknowledge our presence in the store. Even after we have selected what we wanted, the woman was on the phone for up to 15 minutes. After ending her call after what seemed like an eternity, she wouldn’t even apologise for keeping us waiting for such a long time. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I waited to be served only because my son wanted that particular pair of jeans. Otherwise we would have just moved on to some other stores. It was as if she was doing us a great favour by accepting our money.

These ladies are just wonderful, helped me with expired vouchers which got some awesome 3/4 jeans, Thankyou so much you girls rock
This review isn't a reflection on the sales staff or the clothing on sale (some bargains are to be found here), it's about the changing booths! For Christ's sake, put some chairs in some of the booths!!! You lost out on an extra couple of sales due to not being able to sit down whilst trying on clothing!nExtremely aggravating!
