My partner and I came shopping a few weeks back and was served by the wonderful Ambreen. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with the products and discounts. Definitely made our trip a positive experience

Bag purchased less than 2 weeks ago specifically to take travelling. I thought it a good size cabin handbag. The leather split at the bottom corner. Rendered useless.

Their warranty/service team from head office had advised to come in to the store to pick a replacement wallet as my wallet had a piece fall off. Head office team were friendly and professional but unfortunately my experience was ruined by their rude and argumentative staff at Watertown. Customer service lady in store was arguing that warranty is only 12 months DESPITE THE WEBSITE HAVING NO MENTION OF 12 MONTHS WARRANTY. Even making an argument using my shoes as a example, despite my shoes not being Oroton and thus having a different warranty policy? This abrupt, borderline aggressive tone in front of other customers too who noticed the situation. This lady made me feel uncomfortable. In the end they agreed only because it was approved by HEAD OFFICE who approved the warranty claim! After this I was pointed in the general direction of the wallets and brushed off, but wasn't offered any help despite argumentative lady not being busy. A sad blight on the generally wonderful staff at OTHER stores I've visited and I'll be sure to never buy from Oroton Watertown again, despite being a loyal customer to the brand over many years.
