I’ve known about OWA since it opened but I’ve only started purchasing from there. Very friendly service, extremely helpful, even from Winnie too! Prices are very reasonable as well. Will definitely be a regular shopper from now on.

These ladies go over and above to help you, I can't recommend this store enough! They made sure I got my order before Christmas at all costs and it was such a lovely gesture. Beautiful clothes and amazing staff!
If I could give 0 stars I would for the zero star service. Despite a 3 month product delay that was expected in February as stated on their own website, they debated the date with me and then also failed to send my second item. Rather than remedy this they are still refusing a refund for items I have still not received and I have had to constantly follow up the zero communication and contact ACCC. Despite blaming COVID which is the only reason I have shown patience with the delay, perhaps the previous poor reviews reflect the real issue - really poor customer service.
