I’m a loyal customer and I went visit the store today at around 12:30-1pm, there were 2 staff at the front desk however me and a friend were totally ignored. Not long after another group of girls went in and one of the staff started to greet them “Hi ladies how are you today?” and gave them assistance , I wonder what the difference was between us?. I have purchased with Perlu quite a few time and Aude gave me the best customer service experience however more than 50% of the time the staff are very unfriendly.

On the many occasions I’ve found myself in Perlu it’s usually with a last minute gift conundrum. The team here are super helpful and each time have provided possibilities and options to help me find the perfect item. Thank you.

First of all I would like to say your clothing and accessory range are amazing and I hoped to frequent your store regularly as supporting good local small business is important to me. However your sales assistant’s service and attitude leave much to be desired and to be quite frank make me regret ever walking into your store.nnI only dealt with one of your sales assistant’s on two very brief occasions, but none the less on both occasions she managed to make me feel intimidated and uncomfortable.nnI saw many things in your store I would have liked to purchase, but unfortunately your staff are cold, rude and made me feel so uncomfortable I couldn’t bring myself to give them a sales commission. I really do hope to see a change in your staff’s attitude because I would really like to shop at your store in the future.nnHi Katie - it was 1st Dec around 10:30amnnHi Katie - if you call ‘kindly greeting someone’ saying “we have bigger sizes out back”, then I guess we have a difference of what we think is kind. You might say I am being ‘over sensitive’, however I see it as more concerning that your staff are judging what “size I am” and the items on display would be too small for me to try on, I personally believe those decisions should be left to your customers. In a age of body positivity might I suggest you either keep a larger ranger of sizes on your racks or ask your staff to inform customers in a more polite manner regarding your “range of sizes out the back”.
