Good quality clothing and very helpful, friendly staff.
The staff were very accommodating, Rachel was very lovely and took our clothes to the dressing room for us. Great layout of the shop and I felt very looked after while there. Will definitely be going back!
Clothing is nice and of quality only reason why I’ve given it 2 stars is because as for the staff there is one particular girl who has been in there every time I’ve gone in to have a look for a clothing item for an up coming event which has been at least a months apart for each event and each time she has been extremely rude glanced up and down looked the other way and not even acknowledged any of the the customers coming in , I even overheard her speak in a rude tone to a customer the last time I went to look.It has made me walk straight out of the store each time without buying anything. I now refuse to go back in there after the first few experiences in that store which were spread out over months so clearly this store doesn’t have the best customer service as per other reviews state.
