I absolutely love my Hizero. I could never imagine returning to a vac and mop.nWhat I love the most over the mop is the customer service. Absolutely brilliant! So quick and efficient. None of this “raise a case” or email this address for your problem. I had an issue with my hizero so I sent them a video of my problem via messenger and within minutes they resolved it. Big thanks to Nicole in Sydney who is forever helpful and kind.
Outstanding customer service. Their staff truly believe in their product and portray with there assistance. If only all those that work in customer service took some lessons from Cathy the world would be a better place.
