The prices simply aren't worth it. I bought a fridge from here - specifically to be plumbed in, which I always wanted. The plumbing kit wasn't included and I was just told by Applianced Warehouse to 'contact LG'. So I contacted LG, they won't supply a plumbing kit as Appliances Warehouse isn't a reputable supplier and the fridge is considered a second hand sale. Honestly, it's just not worth it. Just wait for Bing Lee or Harvey Norman or something to have a big sale #regretnnEDIT: Owner below has said:n- They usually provide plumbing kits - Well then why wasn't one provided with my fridge? And when I called to find out where it was, why wasn't one provided to me? I was told to contact LG and that Appliances Warehouse wouldn't provide it.n- We sell seconds not second hand - Well then why does LG classify your store as second hand a refuse to sell kits for products sold at your store?n- We can simply supply the accessory - Well then why didn't you supply the accessory to me??! You literally said the opposite that you couldn't supply the plumbing kit.

CON ARTISTS. Ordered tumble dryer for 1000 and paid 80 for delivery. Order confirmation email. Waited 2 weeks, not delivery info sent, emailed, not reply. Rang 'oh, will be there by end of the week'. It did not arrive, so rang again 'oh, when you ordered it, it said it was on back order [it did not], be 2 weeks'. Nothing. Rang today, 'we will refund you money as we could not get your dryer'. Whole thing a scam, take your money with no intention of getting you the product. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal, so if my money isn't refunded, I can use Buyer Protection. What a waste of time though.

Honestly these guys are pretty shady.nnI bought a TV from them less than a year ago and it had to be replaced as it was faulty, it wasn’t even the same TV we ordered but a similar model. Huge red flag, we got a replacement from these guys which was closer to our model and it was working fine, I was happy at the time as I got it at a good price. However I have since found out the bluetooth isn’t working.nnAllegedly It would appear these guys flip slightly faulty products without factory warranty as claimed. I know there is no factory warranty I have contacted the manufacturer and they do not consider these guys a legit seller of factory seconds.nnI wouldn’t be surprised if they are not in business much longer, save yourself the hassle. Buy from a good business that doesn’t play fast and loose with consumer protections.nnAlso to management it’s ACCC not ACC as previously stated in a previous reply to a disappointed customer.

I've always been skeptical about factory second products but I decided to buy from them because it says on their website they are brand new with minor scratches and dents. Upon receiving the washing machine I immediately realised inside of the machine was splashed with water, and the manual was missing. I was hoping this was tested with water connected prior to shipment but then I found an unmistakable evidence that this washing machine had been well used. The tip of the drain pipe was covered with black scummy mould.
