We had an appointment to pick selections for our new bathroom and toilet and thanks to our excellent consultant Helen our experience there was unbelievable. Helen was very helpful, exceptionally informative about the products and was very insightful about what goes well where. To see our vision come up on her computer screen was amazing and gave a great overview of what it would look like. Thank you very much Helen, your help, expertise and advice has allowed us to get the bathroom we have envisaged for a very long time. Highly recommend Routleys.

I have entered this store twice now to a reception desk with two to three staff sitting at the desk, they are getting someone to help you and 20 minutes later I have walked the show room with no one speaking to you at all, the staff walk past you like there poo doesn’t stink and providing no service. I’ll take my business somewhere else. You can walk into ceramic world at St Agnes or international ceramics show rooms and they want to help you and nothing is too much trouble. I only re entered the store as you have a brand I liked. I can buy it elsewhere. Customer service is everything!

We had our house extended 3 years ago.nWithin a few months:nKitchen tap has fallen offnShower brokenLaundry spout has come loosenBathroom plugged got stucknnNow the drain has got blocked. When we unblocked it we had to take a screw out of the drain. It was very corroded and would not go back in. Routley said that it was my fault and I had stripped the screw. Plumber's say otherwise and tell me its a very cheap fitting.nnFeeling disappointed with the lack of quality.
