Unfortunately my family experienced a unpleasant situation with the workers and management working at this clothing place. They were very rude and degrading. When they thought we couldn't hear, they made a very offensive comment.nnI believe that when you work in customer service, you should always be respectful and kind no matter what the situation is, which was not the case in my experience.nnI will not be recommending this shop to anyone purely due to the poor attitude that the workers and management have.nnRESPONSE:nnOnce again you are very rude. Customer is always right and the shoes were not worn or damaged or else we would not of returned them in the first place. Please stop Bullying your customers.

Great idea just like every one else - These guys managed the higher demand at the time and and delivered the goods - very happy with the product and the prompt response to my email - kept me informed all the way.
