Love this store! Thank you so much to the team at Friend of Franki for helping me find an amazing outfit in store recently. So helpful and so many beautiful clothes. Will definitely be going back.

Unfortunately a terrible experience with Friend of Franki :( Shoes came that didn't fit. I asked about help with sizing to hopefully exchange but no response within the return policy window so ended up requesting a refund. Sent the shoes back and now no refund possible because I disposed of the cheap bag the shoes came in.... When returning shipping items, I send back the purchased good only as shipping costs are expensive and this company specified in the returns that only tags were required.

Once again Friend of Franki has exceeded my expectations! Super fast delivery in time for my event and such good quality. The hardest part of the experience is choosing from so many beautiful clothes! I want it all! Thanks girls!
