Always helpful staff. Parking close. Good product range and good fresh fruit and veggies. Slightly dearer than the bid supermarkets but convenience and friendly staff more than compensate.

I have been to this store a few times, having recently bought a property in the area. I can honestly say I have never complained or used one of these 'reviews' before - so what happens at the store has obviously upset me a lot.nEvery time I have been, I have experienced the same long queues. I see the 'locals' being called to freshly opened registers and the 'blow ins' (I guess that is what you would call me) ignored.nThis happened again today (3rd time) as I stood waiting with my 3 items in the 'express lane' behind a woman with her trolley full (using the express lane).nThere were 2 registers being used, with a 3rd blonde lady loitering behind one, blatantly ignoring me waiting, until a few 'locals' joined the other (non express) line. She immediately went to the furthest register away from me and called them over.nNot only do I find her behaviour appalling, I also can't help wondering why the Crookwell residents are so badly mannered and wouldn't offer for me to go in front of them. The first man gleefully raced up to the counter and then another couple began to move in front of me as well.nRegardless of the rest of the experience, I asked the blonde register lady if the 'locals' got served first. She LOUDLY announced how rude I was because I had been waiting in the 'express' lane and I left.nI find it so distressing to be called rude. I believe my behaviour was actually the only 'normal' and polite behaviour in the shop.nI guess pointing out what was so obviously happening has offended her.
