Poor Communication ,Quality eventually OKnI ordered my vanity December to be told it would be ready the end of January It arrived over two weeks later with no communication and with poor workmanship When I visited the show room with photos I was shocked to be asked to remove the doors myself and return them to be re built The following day I was advised it would be picked up and remade as it wasn’t acceptable Where was the quality controlnWhen the replacement doors were ready I was advised to wait at home all day for a delivery I called for a idea of time of delivery to be told it was impossible to tell me ?One would have thought they would have gone out of their way to keep a customer happy , given it was their poor manufacturing in the first placenI was also not told to call when my unit was installed for the stone top to be put in place I had to call and ask the showroom attendant where the rest of the vanity was To be told I had to book an appointment, which was another week laternI wanted to buy local and spent time researching, to be put off by the experience

Wonderful company, great service and fabulous style! We recently renovated three bathrooms and are thrilled with the results - they managed to make the entire process fun and easy with minimal disruption to family/work life. Very professional, fair prices, and best of all, lovely friendly staff! Thank you Galit and Leah!!
