Staff had no knowledge of product or what stock was available. When they finally figured out what stock was there I questioned the salesperson if the x3 lamps I was buying came with globes to which they said ‘yeah mate of course’ low and behold a light sales person sold us 3 lights without globes! Save yourself the trouble and buy online. Brain dead the word that comes to mind

I ordered downlights online in April which it said had heaps in stock, was called the next day to say they only had a few in stock at each store so I would get them in seperate deliveries (they covered the cost of seperate deliveries) so far have recieved less then half the order 4 months on, was told they would be in stock and sent out to me at the end or the April, then before the end of May, then i would definetly have them before the end of June... well it's July and all I get now is that they are on back order and i'll get a text message when they come in. very disapointed...

Walked in ready to buy 5 ceiling fans. Had researched and gave specific parameters for what I wanted, when the sales person couldn't answer my question and then tried to tell me what I needed and I disagreed he handed me a brochure and walked away. This would have been fine except half t h e stock was unticketed and couldn't find a box to match with specifications or price. Left and got excellent service elsewhere and spent money there.
