A very good service from the sales rep, beautiful curtains with elegant look. The process was extremely smooth without any issue. Highly recommend !
Terrible service and very unprofessional. Zero care factor and customer service. Incredibly frustrating to deal with. They may have beautiful curtain and blinds but it ends there. Non stop issues with Kresta Belrose. All staff are useless including the store manager. It's not worth it go elsewhere. Wish the owner was aware of this!
Staff in store were friendly and the lady that came to measure and give quote was also lovely. However it took way too long for the curtains to arrive and the person who finally came to install the curtains was very rude and unfriendly. He had brought the wrong rail for one of the curtains and just had an overall negative and unpleasant attitude.
Lousy place to buy white canes and companion animals .
Service was pretty bad to start with and teh blind was only installed in Feb and the chain was broken. I can't believe how poor quality it is. I am very dissapointed with this company.
