Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and made great suggestion based on our needs and budget. We needed to make changes to our order which they were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend visiting the team. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
Visited their showroom which was very nice and upmarket. Had a large range of appliances on display and majority of which were actually powered unlike shops like Harvey Norman. However, disappointing that not once in the entire time we were walking around did any of the staff approach us to see if we needed assistance with anything.
The Taren Point team is a shocker, i believe this is across the board. Bought all our appliances 8 weeks in advance and we were told they are all in stock and should be delivered within the next 4weeks. No communication, no update and no appliances!!!!! They will tell you the stock is here and later blame COVID or the manufacturer! We don't know manufacturers, we know them. Poor customer service, poor communication and dreadful experience. They are first to take your money though wit zero follow up and 'don't care' attitude. When you cal l them , they are very inconsistent with their messages.... Worst team ever!
