Coming back to a gym post baby was scary. At Union I feel supported by the coaches and owners on my fitness journey. The classes are well run and the equipment in great condition. The owners welcome feedback which is great to making sure you have nothing but a fun and enjoyable time when training.

Amazing place to train with knowledgeable and friendly coaches and supportive members. The owners really care about each member, and will reach out if you miss a class or 2. Absolutely love this place!
