Great coaches, love the workouts
I've done 2 workout at Infused and love it. Definitely didn't think it would be something I would like. But after my rest day today I actually miss it. Can't wait till tomorrow's workout! Very family friendly and supportive.
Fantastic place, friendly staff who know what they are doing. Infused has an Occupational Therapist and Exercise Physiologist on site. Can't speak highly enough of this place!
