I recently had an amazing experience at Zimmermann Miranda.nIn store I was looked after Claire and Grace, Grace remembered my husband who purchased a gift voucher for me a few weeks earlier and went out of her way to kindly greet us.nI was made to feel welcome and was offered assistance and time to look at their beautiful stock.nThe store was clean and beautifully kept.nI was looked after by both Claire and Grace throughout my first visit and was listened to and offered great advice for how to style the pieces.nClaire went out of her way to order in another piece for me in another size and put absolutely no pressure on me to purchase that item if it wasn't right for me.nI was promptly contacted when the item came in store and had a lovely second experience in store.nThe girls offer a light, fresh and fun experience in store. I purchased a gorgeous dress from the girls at Zimmermann. The company should feel so happy to have them representing their brand in store.

Absolutely horrible experience here today. The two girls were so rude and not accomodating at all. The two women (who know who they are) should not be in customer service.

Expensive. But beautiful clothes. Brilliant exterior and interior.
