I received a letter from the practice stating that I have to pay $33 to have my file released as I chose to see another doctor at another practice. Went to Core today to pay, received a receipt and good by, have a lovely day.nnI was so surprised that nobody was interested to find out, why I'm leaving. I thought they would include in the letter a feedback form for me to complete and return in order to know what made me move on. Obviously the practice owner seems to earn enough from all his other business ventures that patients are not so important as they might have been at some point in the past.

You can only go to this surgery if you are a sick patient, if you are healthy and just need to go for the odd check up every few years you will be knocked off the books and considered a new patient. Make sure you waste their time and go at least once a year. WOW and I thought being healthy was a good thing - obviously not!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I won't go into specifics or names but I don't recommend this clinic at all. If you value your health/life and want proper management of health issues, from my experience, I would suggest you go elsewhere. I called to give them feed back and they weren't even interested in it. They actually told me that there was no one that they could pass my feedback onto! To me that is very telling of the value they place on patient's experience and quality of service. I only go there as a last resort now if I can't get an appointment else where, but I have found even as a last resort that's not even worth it.

Couldnt rate it any lower. My doctor left and now have no options in regards to my specialised treatment. Other doctors at the practice refuse to write recent scripts of specialised meds, and staff have no info on where to obtain service from. Unable to attend the practice, I was told I could not have a telephone appointment as I had not seen the new doctor before!

Always a pleasant visit; reception, nurses and GPs are all very friendly, helpful and professional. In my experience the wait times are never long and I'm in and out in no time :)
