I received a call from Darren less than 2 mins after sending my request on a Friday afternoon. He asked me several questions to determine the best treatment and my appointment was made for Monday. They were on time, polite, professional and took the time to walk around my home so I could point out my concerns. The treatment was explained and before the outdoor spray was completed, another walk around the house was done to make sure windows were closed, no clothing was outside and he even tipped out the dogs water and once outside was done, the bowl was re-filled with fresh water. My favourite part was being offered a reminder SMS where I will be contacted to discuss my home and if needed, another treatment scheduled.

I first called Safe and Sure Pest Control because they had very good ratings, and now I know why. I am very impressed with the technician Steve from Safe and Sure Pest Control, he was very professional from the start to finish. I had to duck out of the house for a short time and came back to Steve still working hard around the house. I would highly recommend this company.

For the last 4 years, Safe and Sure Pest Control has treated my residential property to control pests, in particular, ants, cockroaches. They listened to my concerns, then acted to treat the problem areas to eradicate the pests. Last year I had a persistent ant problem in the kitchen and bathroom. The company revisited my home for additional treatment, at no further cost, until the ants were eradicated. This year I have a cockroach problem and the company has used multiple methods to eradicate them. They have offered to return for additional treatment if required. They team at Safe and Sure are very friendly, punctual, reliable and conscientious. Thanks Steve and Darren for your assistance to eradicate pests from my home.
